We pride ourselves on building quality custom homes and offer skilled home repair and remodeling services. We work with you to establish a budget, design and a time line for all of your residential needs. Keep in mind that there is no project too large or small in the residential construction industry that is not of interest to us and we believe in utilizing the same excellent construction techniques, methods, materials and consideration regardless of the project size.      Matsumoto Inc. is a family owned and operated business. Husband and Wife, Tai and Bonita are the team that will be with you every step of the way.

     Tai Matsumoto moved to Sanibel in 1975 and felt so connected with this  area that he moved back after graduating from Florida International University with a BS in Arcitectural Studies. He is also the Certified General Contractor for the company. Before venturing out on his own, Tai worked as a carpenter, superintendent, project manager and architectural coordinator with several local builders.

     Bonita Matsumoto moved to Fort Myers in 1987 and held administrative positions in several large companies before joining Tai to create Matsumoto Inc. She has her Business Degree and manages the administrative operations as well as working closely with the homeowners to guide them through the exterior and interior selections.
